6-Day Deep Journey

Psycho-Spiritual Retreat

This 6-day immersion is designed to reach the root of what feels heavy or unresolved. The emotional patterns, the persistent thoughts, the old stories that quietly shape how we move through life. Iboga works on many levels — cleansing the body, quieting the mind, and illuminating what’s true beneath it all. It helps release what’s been carried for too long and reveals a clearer sense of self, free from old conditioning.

Across the week you’ll receive two Iboga flood ceremonies, guided preparation, steady support, and spacious integration time. The first ceremony opens and clears. The second grounds and illuminates.

Between ceremonies, the focus is rest, nature, simplicity, and settling into what arises. Each day is unrushed, allowing what Iboga shows to land in its own way.

For some, this week brings deep healing — physically, mentally, and emotionally. For others, it opens a quiet knowing of who they are beneath the stories. However it unfolds, Iboga meets each person exactly where they are, letting the truth reveal itself in its own time.

Guests stay in a private, peaceful space surrounded by forest and gardens, with simple nourishing meals and steady one on one support.

Retreat Flow

Day 1

Arrival in the early afternoon.

Settle into your space, walk the land, and begin slowing down. Quiet time to orient and ground.

Evening fire conversation opens the container, followed by the first Iboga flood dose ceremony.

This first ceremony has an opening and clearing quality, working primarily at the physical level.

Day 2

Stillness, rest, and regular check-ins.

The medicine continues working.

Sleep usually begins to return during this night.

Day 3

A grounded morning.

Time on the land, journaling, gentle movement, and space to reflect. An optional outing to nearby beaches, parks, or trails may be offered, depending on how you’re feeling.

Things begin to settle and take shape in their own way.

Day 4

A quiet day of inward preparation.

Spiritual shower and evening fire talk, followed by the second Iboga flood dose. This ceremony tends to ground what’s been opened, with illumination or insight arising in its own way.

A guided journey may be offered depending on your connection with the medicine.

Day 5

Rest, care, and continued check ins.

Space for completion as the medicine continues to unwind and settle.

Day 6

Person lying on a massage table, in a dimly lit therapy room. Journey In
Cozy wooden cabin surrounded by nature, with a porch and windows

A final day to slow down, reflect, and gather what has surfaced. A gentle closing conversation to help orient what came through.

Departure can happen at your own pace. There is no rush.

Optional Extended Stay

For those who feel called to rest a little longer, there is the option to extend your stay by a day or two after either retreat. Some people appreciate extra time to rest and let things settle while still held within the retreat space.

Extended stays are offered at an additional cost and can be explored together on a discovery call to see what best supports your retreat.
